INTRODUCTION

Basing on COMPETENCY model with three basic elements that are A: Attitudes, S: Skills, K: Knowledge, the founders- the lecturers of Business Management Department – University of Economic-HCM City, want to establish a consulting and training center that supplies  products and services with effective solutions and methods for the organization and individuals. At the October2007, A.S.K Competency Center step by step followed their specified plans to perform the ambition and mission.

During a long time, A.S.K had performed smoothly programs and projects with high evaluations of organizations and individual such as:
1. Public Training: such as Salary system design, evaluation of staffs’ competence as target system, CEO … which attracted staffs of more than 300 organizations.

2. Business Training: that attracted the large organizations as Telecommunications of Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Long An, Ninh Thuan, International Telecommunications of area II, Vietsopetro, Viet Tien; …. There are many knowledge application projects which performed effectively for organizations after training courses.

3. Consultancy: focused on building Salary standard system, staffs’ satisfactory measurement, developing evaluation system of staffs’ competence as BSC- Balanced Scorecard and building competence dictionary for organizations.

4. Sinhvientainang.vn project (Talentstudents.vn Project): the website helps organizations to contact with talent students’ documents ( their minimum score: 7.0)

5. Practical Business Training: developed with three training programs that are sale forces at distributed agencies, businessman, and store managers for student at grade 12, students of colleges and others.

Wishing to be a co-operator of organization as a supplier of training programs and an effective consultant, A.S.K are always trying to perfect the activities to server the customers.
